Many villas are located on areas of St. Pierre de feric, Piol, Pessicart, Saint-Antoine-de-Ginestière and St Pancrace.
You need to spend on these areas between 500,000 euros for a villa Single 120 to 500 sq meters of land.
For a house combined living space of 85 m2 with 100 m2 of garden you have between 360 000 and 380 000.
