Real Estate Market in Nice Port Bonaparte Garibaldi Area Antique Dealers
Close the old city, the port of Nice has a
strong identity.
When we speak of the Port of Nice, it tends to be limited only to edge of
the water. Yet Nice Port is a very mixed market where old buildings (almost
all bought in and now restored) alongside buildings
with recent terraces. Certainly in terms of value, around Port (Quai Lunel,
Quai two Emanuelle and the famous Isle of Beauty) that prices are higher
because the apartments are so beautiful boats and sea views
For an apartment in the old port of Nice, you will pay between 6000 and
8000 Euros per square meter.
There is only one modern building on the Port of Nice "Neptune"
and to afford an apartment with terrace, sea view and high floor in this
building you should invest approximately 9000 to 10,000 Euros the m².
District Antics (Fodere Street, Catherine Ségurane) has a good hand side

well connected (at 5 minutes from the center of Nice (Place Massena) with

It has certainly all the attributes that make buying a property real estate
sector this is an excellent investment.
Rental demand (such as seasonal, student or year) can achieve in this sector

buildable land, the former has no competition in the Port area of Nice.
