the consumer code, and specified by Order 29 June 1990 on the disclosure
of prices charged by professionals
involved in property transactions.
This disclosure requirement is the amount of the commission expressed percentage.
The fees are free since 1987: they are expressed inclusive and are displayed
clearly visible and legible in our premises and on our website as follows:
Amount our transaction fees (all fees included) :
Sale of much lower at 100,000 Euros : 7000 Euros inclusive
Sale of between 100,001 Euros and 200,000 Euros : 7% VAT
Sale of between 200,001 Euros and 500,000 Euros : 6 % VAT
Sale of between 500,001 Euros and 1,000,000 Euros : 5% VAT
Sale of property exceeding 1,000,000 Euros : 4% VAT
Selling a property higher than 2,000,000 Euros 3% VAT
